Our Services
We are trained in a wide range of counselling theories and approaches to improve treatment. The modalities we utilize include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Exposure Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
We provide services to children, preteens, teenagers, adults, couples, groups and black, indigenous, people of colour (PIBOC) population as follows:

Prior to first session, parents must consent to our counselling children and teenagers under 18 years of age.
