About Us

We understand life can be overwhelming on accounts of personal hardships and interpersonal concerns. Work-life balance may be a challenge due to the pressure of a fast-pace environment, high conflict relationships, traumatic exposures, life transitions, anxiety, parenting challenges, rejection and unaccomplished dreams.

Our goals are to help you become aware of your potentials, connect with new possibilities, gain your freedom from negative emotions, harmful patterns and unhealthy relationships. These are necessary conditions to strengthen adaptability and develop purpose. Be it to move from hopelessness to hopefulness, from being stuck to progress or from feeling flat to gaining tools and capacities to experience self discovery and self efficacy.

Client-counsellor relationship is central to our practice. Our commitment is to connect with clients of diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds on their wellness journey.

To provide supportive counselling, we combine our clients' abilities and resources with our God-given talents, warm disposition and expertise that honour inclusiveness, compassion and empathy. We utilize bio-psycho-social model in recognition of the complexity of human nature and human connections to best support each client.
