Counselling services may be reimbursed by your employee health benefits, insurance providers or

other extended medical plans. Please check with your insurance first to confirm coverage.

Payment is due to your counsellor prior to the session. Credit card information is collected at

intake to secure 1 st  appointment. If credit card is not available, other payment arrangements to secure appointment are debit, E-Transfers, cheque or cash payment. There is an additional fee of $45.00 for any Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF payments).

We charge $160 for 60 minutes for individual, couples and family sessions (50 minutes session, 10 minutes for clinician to write the session note) . Fees exclude 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Full fees will apply if an appointment is missed or cancelled in less than 24 hours to the appointment time.

NSF fee is not normally covered by Insurance/Health Assistance Programs.

If a client's account goes into arrears for more than 90 days, Haven Clinical Counselling reserves

the right to place the client’s account in collection. The client will be responsible for any and all

collection charges incurred.
